Use of this site
This website describes Thomas Azarian's freelance software engineering services and provides a way to request a quote or get in touch. Using the contact or quote-request forms does not itself create any contractual, payment or engagement obligation on either side.
Quotes and engagements
Submitting a project request through this site starts a conversation, not an agreement. Project scope, timeline, pricing and payment terms for any actual engagement are set out separately in a written proposal or contract before any paid work begins.
No guarantees implied by this site
Content on this site — including service descriptions, package descriptions and example timelines — is informational and does not constitute a guarantee of results, availability, pricing or delivery time for any specific project. Actual terms are confirmed per engagement.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website belong to Thomas Azarian unless otherwise noted. Project work built under a separate client engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement, not by this page.
